HEALTH BENEFITS

Blue Care Network and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan are the medical and prescription drug plan insurance carriers. 

 Delta Dental manages our dental plan.  Use a Delta Premier or Delta Preferred network dentist to receive higher benefit coverage and no claim filing or balance bill requirements. 

 Unum insures our vision plan.  When you use an EyeMed network provider, you pay discounted fees with no claim filing required.  Reimbursement for non-network services is also available. 

 The company matches employee HSA contributions dollar-for-dollar up to $750 Individual or $1,500 family annually.

HealthEquity administers the Health Savings Account (HSA).
